How to set up Static IP address for Windows PC

Before we begin, make sure that you are familiar with your FITBIT Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale's IP address. If you are unsure how to get that information, please read about it here. Now that you know your router's IP address.

Start by opening your router's control panel.
Log in to your router.
Press on the More Functions part.
Then click on the Network Settings and LAN.
Scroll down and tap on Add button.
Now you can Enter MAC address and IP address manually.
Also, you can tap on the Enter manually and choose from the list your computer name.
When all is done you can press on OK button.
Excellent! You've successfully set a static IP address for a Windows machine.

Set the static IP address on your Windows PC

First, click on the internet icon in the bottom right corner of the panel using the Right Mouse Button.
Then, select Open Network & Internet settings.
Tap on Change adapter options.

Next, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and press on Properties.
